Nice cars, poor customer service after sale

onGreat experience right up to the point of purchase. We made an appointment and unlike other dealerships we were greeted right away by multiple employees who let our salesperson know we had arrived. After looking at several vehicles we found one we wanted to buy. Up to this point everything was going smoothly. After the sale there have been broken promises and unanswered messages.

Nice of you to respond. But it is difficult to talk when no one answers the phone. How disappointing. Another empty promise.
