onAll members of the Mercedes team were courteous and helpful. I required a pick up to the dealer which was made in a large vehicle that I (92 yrs) had difficulty getting in and out due to the height of step to get in and out of the vehicle. I nearly fell getting out.The vehicle looked like a very large car/ truck.
