    I had my Mercedes serviced at Mercedes Benz of North Orlando two times for battery and brake pad change . Both times quality of service was excellent. When the car was returned from service, it was washed and clean inside. I highly recommend MB of North Orlando service.

    Here my right as a citizen protect by the constitution for my freedom of speech. There is the worse place to buy a car. I was victim of fraud. They sold me a “new car” C-300 in terrible conditions. Leather seats ripped, some items broken, one of them fell on my face and made an injury with a big scar in mi face. The car is overheating all time. Please take care with this dealership specially with the owner (manager) because he never offer you any reasonable option or solution in this case. Don’t buy Mercedes Benz there. But another brands like Audi, Lexus, BMW. If you have the same issues just contact me we can submit a big complaint against them just defending our rights. They like to take advantage of the products and services consumers. Let's join forces and defend our rights by submitting a petition demanding that our rights as consumers be respected. Class action and a file a consumer complaint in the office of the attorney general. And don’t submit any review because if you analyze all reviews they is going to give you the same answer, “sorry please give us the opportunity to talk with the manager” literally their answer is copy and paste.

  • Permanently Disabled Vet suckered into buying an even more disabled vehicle

    Stay away!!! Rip off!!! Can’t drive the car I bought!!! I hope putting another notch in your belt towards your monthly bonuses is worth bankrupting disabled veterans! I’m a 100% medically retired veteran that needed a reliable vehicle. I was talked into paying full price and cash for a vehicle at their dealership. Since purchasing the car, I haven’t been able to drive it for 2 weeks straight without it going back into the shop. The coolant reservoir was filled with water, the computers were flashed to clear all codes, nox sensor inoperable, thermostat inoperable, water (not coolant) from coolant system continuously leaking, then it was sold to me at full price stating they went through a very rigorous inspection process and wouldn’t put their name on it if they hadn’t. I would expect this from any buy here pay here lot but not from Mercedes. I paid 12,600 for the vehicle and already am in over 4000 in repairs and the vehicle is in the shop again as we speak. This car has taken me from barley making it in life, to not being able to make it to or continue with Dr appointments, get groceries, anything… after contacting the dealership to make them aware of the situation and try to find a workable path forward, I was told oh well, I knew what I was doing when I purchased it. It’s as is and I can always trade it back in for less than I bought it for, as well as losing $4000+ cash on maintence within the first 2000 miles. Money over matters, figures over family, this is the dealership to use if you enjoy gambling away money that has taken you multiple years to save while trying to make it off of only veterans benefits due to disabilities from serving this country. I’m glad I sacrificed my future to protect the right of Mercedes Benz of North Orlando to spit in my face and laugh about it. Hope the $100 bonus was worth it Josh Montanez. I would have paid you more than that just to keep me from buying the car in the first place!

    Sales Person picked me up in another county to come look at a vehicle I was interested in. Will Bosa and Melinda Canter were excellent in explaining everything and let me make the decision on what I wanted and could afford. They were not pushy. They took all the time needed to make sure I was satisfied. Will helped me with the license plate holder I wanted which was not included. I had a tag to transfer and Melinda made sure I was not overcharged. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had buying a car. I would buy here again.

    I payed 287$ for the diagnostic center, had to buy a new headlight for 1.400$ Error still exists. Spend 2 afternoon there, couldn’t notice any error codes. Saying they need the car over night. And guess what.. there were no error logs! What kind of diagnostic center is that? It’s an electrical fault.. can do anything that’s it..?? Never go back I’ll find a real diagnostic center with experts who know what they are doing!!!

    Service advisor was very good - knowledgeable, helpful and good communication. Service was performed as expected. This is my first Mercedes so it seemed pricey for routine maintenance compared to other brands of vehicles, but as they say, you don’t know if you can afford a Mercedes until you bring it in for service. Snacks in waiting area need to be healthier.

    Very good and prompt service. When I had my last “B” service in June, the service rep never met with me to review the service and never ordered the part I needed for my car. He had stated he would order the part and get back with me to schedule the service and he never ordered the part after I texted him to do so. After 2 months I stopped by and spoke to another service rep, “Bianca” who promptly ordered the part and got back with me to schedule the service. Bianco did a very good job. The gentleman who handled my B service in June should be fired

    I always have a great experience at Mercedes Benz Of North Orlando but get disappointed as every time I get use to a service consultant person I never get them again and have to deal with someone new. I made an appt with My last service person Dave Persad who was very knowledgeable about cars and I was very happy with his service last year but this time I took my car I requested Dave Persad but was given Bianca who was friendly but I wish my appt with Dave was kept. The only thing is since I have taken my car I have seen like 6-7 different service consultants. Otherwise it is a clean and great place.
