onVery good and prompt service. When I had my last “B” service in June, the service rep never met with me to review the service and never ordered the part I needed for my car. He had stated he would order the part and get back with me to schedule the service and he never ordered the part after I texted him to do so. After 2 months I stopped by and spoke to another service rep, “Bianca” who promptly ordered the part and got back with me to schedule the service. Bianco did a very good job. The gentleman who handled my B service in June should be fired
