Excellent Service

Finally, I reached a person at a call center who said I could not get a Finally, I reached a person… at a call center who said I could not get an appointment for 2 1/2 weeks. Frustrated, I contacted pompano Mercedes-Benz, and what a delight! They answered immediately, and my problem was solved the next day. Poor record keeping
by LilyLou on 02/01/2023We've brought the car back twice for routine annual maintenance and the service department can't seem to locate the 4 year maintenance/service contract we purchased with the vehicle from this dealership. This time the service department… claimed the contract was cancelled. Very frustrating. No wait time because Car had to be kept Overnight....BUT ...No loaner as there was none Available....A bit disappointing....BUT Armando… Ramos took very good care of getting me a drive back home ....and getting back to MB the next day in a timely manner. Pompano beach dealer Service is horrible. Dishonest and a ripoff.

I have called the general manager and have yet to receive a call back. I actually thought that someone would call me back. This behavior from the dealership is the exact reason as to why I stand by my comments and review of your services.
