onI called a different Mercedes dealership and was put on hold several times. I then went into a voice message system that kept me in loops. Finally, I reached a person at a call center who said I could not get a Finally, I reached a person at a call center who said I could not get an appointment for 2 1/2 weeks. Frustrated, I contacted pompano Mercedes-Benz, and what a delight! They answered immediately, and my problem was solved the next day. I could not recommend them more highly!
