Poor record keeping

onWe've brought the car back twice for routine annual maintenance and the service department can't seem to locate the 4 year maintenance/service contract we purchased with the vehicle from this dealership. This time the service department claimed the contract was cancelled. Very frustrating. We would expect more from Autonation.
