Always a Pleasure to deal with Mercedes/ Pompano.....Usually there is a wait time or get a loaner.... No wait time because Car had to be kept Overnight....BUT ...No loaner as there was none Available....A bit disappointing....BUT Armando Ramos took very good care of getting me a drive back home ....and getting back to MB the next day in a timely manner. So I was satisfied. All employees are cordial, friendly and accommodating.
