    I need two need front tires on my car. Haden Smith is my service advisor and he is fantastic! He is always so helpful and makes sure my vehicle needs are taken care of in an expeditious manner. I used to go to the Fort Lauderdale location, but the customer service there is beyond abysmal. The Pompano Beach location is much better!

    My 2020 MB C 300 was brought in to Mercedes Benz in Pompano on December 20, 2022. I was received in a friendly manner, the vehicle was inspected for and damages and the interior was properly covered against any dirt, filth which could have occurred during service. The vehicle was serviced perfectly and returned as promised impeccably clean. It was obvious that the dealership merits a number -10 and the service representative Armando Ramos as well. I will make my next purchase shortly at this dealership due tithe outstanding service I received.

    Unprofessional sales associates and unprofessional managers. Sales associates cannot control their emotions, so be ready to defend yourself. Management cannot do anything and are afraid of their own sales associates. I've never met an unprofessional team in my life. Especially if you're trying to buy a used car. Sales associates will make the comment that they only make $100 and they really don't care if you buy.

    The dealership and service manager were respectful and helpful. However, I'm assuming due to "supply-chain" issues, wiper blades and an letter/emblem were not in stock and had to be ordered. I was disappointed that I have to bring the car back, but this probably is symptomatic of the times we all are experiencing.

    I had a proposal written out containing info on a deal I would like to make. I needed to get out of my lease with a Jeep Wrangler, wanting to go back to a Mercedes Benz C-Class. The lending bank on my lease was a bit difficult in their demands for a dealer to purchase the lease. I sent my written proposal via of Dealer Chat to many different dealer websites in Palm beach and Broward counties. All dealers were clearly not interested in taking the time to sort through the matter and try to accommodate. One person had the intelligence, work ethic, and desire to succeed more than any of the competitors. Sales Rep Umat Gurbuz stepped up and did an outstanding job of putting together the deal and putting me in a GREAT C-Class with only 16K miles! Ladies & Gentlemen….this professional understands your needs and is willing to work to fulfill those needs. I never imagined I would have this great car deal experience! I believe I found the dealership and sales pro that I will go back to…....time and time again.

    I was toying around the idea if I should sell my 2014 CLA250. I walked into the Mercedes-Benz of Pompano showroom and asked who was the best salesperson in the showroom? I was told it was Bob Abrahams. Bob provided me the knowledge, experience and guidance about selecting a Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes. I settled on a 2019 C-300 AMG Package. I, myself when it comes to cars are extremely picky and detailed. Mercedes of Pompano was able to meet my demands and deliver a beautiful performance machine. When looking to buy or lease, ask for Bob Abrahams and for service, request Ilija.

  • Poor Customer Service. Choose another Mercedes-Benz Dealership

    I purchased a vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Pompano Beach in 2020. Car was exceptional never had any issues. Recently, due to a work/travel situation, I decided to sell my vehicle back in (2/5/22). The sales associate Umit was the same in both instances. Price and terms are agreed and everything is documented both sides and I am happy with the agreement. Fast forward to over a month later, payoff letter submitted etc, I still do not have a reimbursement that was agreed. I continue to contact Umit from sales which has now asked me to not contact him further, and even then, still would not provide feedback or an status of my reimbursement. I’ve reached out to 3 separate members of the finance team including the Finance Director Ryan Barksdale, Ashley Galan, and Marjine Uddin all via email and multiple voicemails, no acknowledgement or replies to date. I left multiple voicemails to the General Managers phone numbers that was provided by the operator at dealership…zero update. I've never been in a scenario where I have to chase a dealership for a reimbursement status in the thousands of dollars. I hate to be a person that leaves negative feedback, however everything about this place from the sales to the management at this point seems completely irresponsible and lacking any sense of customer service. I’d highly recommend driving a few more miles and taking your business elsewhere. At this point…I’m forced to leave feedback of my experience across various car sites, forums, and ultimately formally lodging a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in the coming days and discussing next steps with my lawyer.

    Recently purchased a Smart Fortwo car at Mercedes Benz Pompano. Could not have asked for more outstanding service! They not only delivered the car for free, but the sales manager drove to our house (about 1 1/2 hours away) so that we could sign the sales documents. We had been a Mercedes Benz owner for many years and this reinforced why Mercedes is the premier company for both sales and service!
