I told him I was also looking at Mercedes, Jaguar, Cadillac and Lexus and would compare all. He was… very understanding and informative even about the other cars. We left and experienced the other vehicles. We came back and told him that it was between the Lexus and Mercedes. Ray was not pushy, but so very nice and pointed out the amenities of the Lexus LS 460. He was a pleasure to deal with and we felt like he was a friend. We ended up buying the LS 460 and are thrilled we did.Lexus of Pembroke Pines - Job well done

I live some distance away in central Florida. Frank was kind… enough to make me a personal video of the car I ended up purchasing. This saved me the long commute in order to know more the condition of the car inside and out. I would highly recommend Lexus of Pembroke Pines to anyone!I WILL NOT RECOMMEND, HIGHLY DISAPOINTED
by Ahmed on 12/15/2018I bought a 2012 BMW 328i from this dealership. I had to fly all the way from New Mexico to go get the car from the dealership, thus, Lexus of Pembroke pine, in florida. A day after getting the car, i realized there was a leak in the gas… tank and took it to the shop to get it checked, only to realize that this problem persisted even way before i got the car. I called the dealership to inform them about the gas tank leak and they told me the only way they could help was for me to drive all the way back to florida, thus, they did not even consider or think about my safety and how driving a car with a leaking tank in itself can be a potential threat to the life and safety of others. its all about their money, they don't care about their customers. I will not recommend this dealership to anybody, not even my enemies.Regarding Andy you’re serivce guy

He provided me with preliminary information about the vehicle. He… was very prompt on the day of my appointment. He has excellent customer service skills. Additionally, he was very patient and was able to answer my questions in a professional manner. Matt not only sold me my vehicle, he also called me the following day and assisted me with a minor issue that my vehicle had, which was handled in a timely manner. Matt made my purchase experience at Lexus of Pembroke a wonderful experience and I would certainly recommend him to my friends and family. by Sireney on 12/02/2017My daughter bought a mini cooper roadster 2013 with 14700 miles, in 10/16/2017, from Lexus of Pembroke Pines. After one month she noticed an engine oil leaking and she left the car on the BMW of Coconut Creek to fix the problem, once the… car was yet in warranty and the service on the engine would be done without costs. BMW found that the engine was not the original engine but was changed for an older engine and the warranty was terminated by this reason. We contacted Lexus about the problem and Lexus admitted the problem and the car was returned to Lexus and my daughter signed all documents about 20 days ago to cancel the finance and had her down payment of $ 10,000 returned to her. She needed the money to buy another car and she rented a car to go the her job while the money was not sent to her and she believed the money would be sent in a few days. After 20 days of waiting for the money , she called Lexus and they said they sent the check to the loan company , Bank of America and she had to call the Bank to have her money back. She called the Bank and they said the money will be put in hold for 16 days. Lexus exempted itself from the problem saying they could do nothing and the Bank said it has its rules and could not release her money before 16 days. My daughter will assume the cost of more than 36 days of a leasing car, not mentioning other problems she had. What a shame for this Lexus company that sold a car with such a fraudulent problem and did not assumed the payment of my daughter costs. Please don't buy any used car from this company. by BocaBuyer on 01/23/2017After 6 months of negotiating with Irv Smith of Lexus Pembroke Pines for my 18 year old daughters new Lexus IS, I was deceived by Irv and bumped at the signing. All of a sudden the terms changed and he tried to force me to sign a 45 month… lease. Irv got very aggressive and I feared physical violence. In an effort to avoid confrontation, I had to threaten to call the police to get my keys back. My daughter was devastated to not get her car, and as a 50 year old man have considered filing a police report and restraining order against Irv Smith. As a multiple time customer of Lexus, I still can't believe how bad an experience this was. Respectfully submitted,I got really screwed with my RX350 Lease
by Yuisbell on 01/03/2017I was misled into my new lease! Now Iâm stoke with the car and $8,000 negative plus another $10,000 worth of miles by the maturity of the lease. I had a previous lease IS250 for 36 months. Car was nice. As a matter of fact I loved it.… They called me one year into my car lease telling me that they were running great specials for special lease customers like myself. I said, I love my car Iâve got nothing to lose. They appraised my car and told me because I had a small accident with a tiny scratch (which was fixed at lexus) and my car had a bad car fax that would depreciate my car $3,000 which would be added to the new loan. I told them I was not able nor willing to pay for $700 monthly payments and supposedly they would reduce my perspective RX350 to $42,000 MRSP in order to accommodate my payments of $585 and got me stoke is a 4 years lease with 10,000 miles a year. I advised my representative I would take double this mile allowance and he told me (which was corroborated by his manager) that as long as remain with Lexus of PEMBROKE PINES the miles excess would not be a problem! Very naive of me to believe such a cheap sales pitch! I called a few weeks after the deal was settled to request to have the car moved from my personal name to my company name and I was told that would not be a problem, just to come by the dealer to see a financial advisor and they would do the transfer in no time. I went by the car dealer and met with this finance manager which told me that all I was told during the lease purchase of my car was a lie, that I would be charged $0.25 per excess mile plus any excess wear and tear, and that according to his calculations I would owe about $15,000 to the Lexus between excess miles excess wear and tear. That my only solution was to buy the my lease car which he estimated would be about $730/month or I could lease a BRAND NEW CAR and add the $8000 depreciation to the new loan and pay about $780 / month. Are you kidding me? I was so in shock that such a reputable company that holds I donât know how many titles could put their customers through this. Not to mention that my company transfer according to this finance manager was only possible through the purchasing or a new vehicle. His name is Reynaldo Rivera. He actually seemed very honest and was estimating 15000 miles per year plus a warranty for extensive wear and tear and 36 months on the new vehicle he was willing to sell me. I just could not afford the new car payments with the $8,000 negative depreciation. If I was to keep it I will end up paying $10,000 worth of excess miles. I feel disappointed, totally screwed, manipulated like a little kid with a new toy. I feel these people should not carry such title of best of the region. Best abusive, perhaps! To whomever reads this complaint donât into this dealer and if you do, DO NOT WALK OUT WITH A CAR IF YOU DID YOU MOST LIKELY GOT SCREWED! Do your RESEARCH and consider all your alternatives. I was forced into a car I pretty much didnât even need, but they made the deal look so attractive! I couldnât resist, SHAME ON ME! Mind you my credit is 700+. No justification to have screwed me up this way. I placed this complaint in the BBB, but SURPRISE! They are not accredited. So I am resourcing to all their advertising channels to get my problem resolved and warn others of my misfortune.Edgar is Great

Everything was fine until the point I asked the price. They told me the price was the MSRP. I… asked about leasing and other options and then they asked me if I was ready to buy the car. I said no, I was going to check Audi and Volvo. That was the moment I was told that they would only give me a final price when I was decided to get a Lexus. It was really arrogant from their side. Also, their inventory did not have many IS250. They have several loaded IS350 , more expensive.Outstanding experience
