Irv Smith is truly phenomenal. I greatly appreciate his guidance and patience throughout the process. He went above and beyond to assist me and ultimately, I felt comfortable with my decision. He's extremely personable and knowledgeable. I purchased from the used lot and also took a look at Subaru, although he primarily sells Lexus vehicles, he knew so much about other manufacturers.
