He provided me with preliminary information about the vehicle. He was very prompt on the day of my appointment. He has excellent customer service skills. Additionally, he was very patient and was able to answer my questions in a professional manner. Matt not only sold me my vehicle, he also called me the following day and assisted me with a minor issue that my vehicle had, which was handled in a timely manner. Matt made my purchase experience at Lexus of Pembroke a wonderful experience and I would certainly recommend him to my friends and family. Moez, the finance manager was also pleasant and helpful when it came to finalizing my loan. I truly appreciate both Matthew and Moez help during my car buying experience.
