Dealer promised to pay a specified amount on my trade-in.after my Seo was finalized and completed this amount was not paid in the correct amount all calls to the dealership have gone on answered and I was told they could not help me because I made a negative review on social media and that they take this very seriously. Horrible customer service tricky sales tactics!!
