  • Poor service department

    I did not buy my vehicle here. I took my car here for warranted service. I was disappointed and very frustrated with the service department. The biggest issue was they would not respond to my calls for a status of my vehicle. When my vehicle wouldn't start, I called and made arrangements for service then had the vehicle towed to the service department. I called to find out if they received the vehicle and they did. It was a few days before Christmas so they said it would take about a week to do the diagnosis since they had employees on holiday leave. I was OK with that but it was closer to 10 days. When diagnosed they said it would take 2-3 weeks for the part. I was OK with that too since I have an older vehicle. After 2 1/2 weeks I began to call for a status. It took several days of me calling them to get a response. I called 3 days in a row with no answer and no response to the voice mails I left. I drove up to the facility to ask in person. The first service adviser told me he had 70 cars he was dealing with and the service advisor assigned to me would be back in a few minutes. When my service advisor came back he said they discovered a fuel line leak and were waiting for approval from the warranty company. I asked why they didn't respond to my call and tell me that. I called the warranty company when I went home and they told me they had actually approved the repair 3 days before my call. My vehicle was there for almost 2 months. I understand that there were some delay for parts, but the calls of mine that were not returned and indifference to customer service is totally unacceptable. When the vehicle was done, it was running. After I took it home, and it sat for several hours, it had the same issue as when I took it in, it would not start. Since we were planning to drive to Maryland within a few days of me getting the vehicle back, I did not take it back to AutoNation. I was able to get the car started and did not turn it off till I dropped it off to a Dodge dealer service shop in Maryland who ultimately fixed the vehicle. Long story, but I would certainly never purchase a vehicle from AutoNation and be subject to poor after-purchase service.

    The team and most especially Vyron my sales person were awesome. They were very knowledgeable and let me take the time I needed to make the decision and ultimately pull the trigger on my 3rd Jeep Grand Cherokee from them. Would not do business with any other dealer and cannot thank them enough.

  • Horrible experience with AutoNation

    Absolute worst experience, I've encountered so much hardship after sending my vehicle to this dealership for repairs. This dealership had my car for 8 MONTHS, during that time period I was having a hard time contacting reps and management. I've even contacted corporate and couldn't get past the 3rd party customer service team. It's a shame all of these years I've been a loyal customer to AutoNation just to feel like I was treated like complete garbage during this experience. I would never in my life recommend this place ever again. I've yet to receive any accommodations or any act of kindness after AutoNation having my car for 8 MONTHS. The lack of transparency is within this organization is awful and communication is just piss poor. They gave me car back a week ago and I had to bring it right back, because the power steering locked while I was operating A MOVING VEHICLE. I could of lost might life or gotten into a really bad accident, because of this vehicle operating in a poorly manner after them returning the vehicle to me for less than a week. Lastly, I want to mention that I'm not big on writing reviews, but I'm truly concerned who else might of experience such terrible experiences. I hope to save someone from experiencing the hardship and danger I've been put through by AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Pembroke Pines dealership. This is no longer a trusted brand within my family and friends.

    It's been a while since my last vehicle purchase and what I found on this Dealership was what I expected, goid honest quality service, compared to other places where I felt been lied and a front show to make me buy something I though was not what I was looking for.

    What started off as a regular call and a few text messages turned out to be a sale and part of becoming part of the Autonation Family. My experience was great! I am so glad that Ernesto Lluis was my Sales Guy. He was extremely helpful and never did I feel as if he was only there to sell a car. He gave me options and explained what was good and what I should avoid. A rating doesn't really go as far as it should, Ernesto deserves a 100 star rating!!!

    Hospitality at its finest !! Bernard you are the man!! This was the fastest and easiest car purchase I have ever experienced. Bernard was very knowledgeable about the car I was buying. I already came in with my "car salesman" filter, but I didn't feel like Bernard was trying to "sell" me on anything making me very comfortable. He was upfront and honest, which I knew because I had already done my own research on the car and price. Thank you my friend !! Came as a customer ; Left as a friend.

    The experience was less than stellar, too many broken promises and no matter how many issues were brought up, my claims were dismissed, the only reason I took the car is because of affordability and you need a car in FL. I have tried to contact the dealer and no one reaches out going on 4 days now - 2 weeks after the purchase. They are terrible and I do not recommend ANYONE go, regardless of your tax bracket or need of a vehicle.

    I bought my RAM truck at AutoNation not taking into account the quality of their service department. The first time I brought my truck in for service on Dec.30,2022 it took over 30 minutes to get someone to even check me in. Last Thursday Dec.7 at 8:00 am I brought my truck in for scheduled warranty service . I was pleased to see they hired more service advisors and was checked in immediately. The problem That I am having is that both my side view mirrors are chattering when I close them. I was told that a full diagnostic of the electrical system would have to be performed and that it would be two to three days before they could even look at it and a loaner could not be given until a diagnosis was made. I finally picked up my vehicle on Saturday afternoon because I needed it and it was not even looked at. The service advisor said it would be looked at on Monday, so I said I would bring it back on Monday morning but was told that I would lose my place in line. Needless to say I am not happy. Seems to me AutoNation CDJR Pembroke Pines cannot honor the warranty on the vehicles they sell.

  • Service was fine, but wait is constantly an issue

    I have gone to service my car 3 times at the Pine's Jeep location and each time the wait is worse. I make an appointment, arrive at my appointment time, and they check me in 90min+ later. I do not understand the point of an appointment if no one is going to adhere to it. Every time there's a different excuse on why *this* time is different, but i can't possibly be that unlucky. If the service wasn't included in my lease, I woud not go. They have no respect for your time.

    I came for tire rotation and oil change. My tires were rotated however they did not spot that one of the tires had a problem. Also, after everything completed, dashboard registered a problem with auto stop. Was told that it would take four hours to read what the problem would be. They should have reported any problems that may need attention for future visit.
  • Service for My 2014 RAM 1500 Truck

    I have had to take my Truck (RAM 2014) 2 times for repair in the last 5 months. The first time it took 2 1/2 months before they got to it. Once I got it back within less than 500 miles I have had to return it for repairs for the same thing again. I was told that they were going to get to my car within 7 days. 2 weeks have passed and nothing yet (Wonder Number 2191). I ask for the person that has all the details concerning my truck to call me at certain days that he also agreed and I ALWAYS have to call 1 or 2 day AFTER the fact for an update. I already called Dodge Corp and I have 2 confirmation numbers (87521272) reporting what is going on with you guys. I am waiting for the result of the diagnostic so I can send it to Corporate. The issue with my truck is that RAM are guaranteed the engine to be good for 250K to 300K miles. Mine only has less than 38,000 and it's useless. I paid over $4,000 and now who knows how much it will cost me to fix it again!

    I took my Jeep Wagoneer in for service due to a recall. I didn't have an appointment but my Service Advisor, Kristen Gomes, checked and found they had availability but I would have to leave the car until the next day. A loaner car was provided with no hassle at all. On the following day, AutoNation called to inform me that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Really appreciated the care Kristen provided by first remembering us, she wore this big welcoming smile as she greeted us, she took care of all the paperwork and provisions that went along with the reason for our visit and she even had our vehicle washed and tires shined, it looked like a vehicle in the showroom. We can't thank Kristen enough so you know we will be returning to AutoNation for future auto needs and services. Thanks Kristen! Thanks AutoNation!

    One of the most gratifying and special experiences purchasing a new vehicle. Usually buying a new car is time consuming and daunting but this dealership listens and works with you to find you your perfect vehicle within your budget, in terms of price and spec limitations. I went to many dealerships in Dade and Broward trying to educate myself on vehicles, pricing, and negotiating at each; only this dealership dealt with me honestly with no games. My salesman was Miguel Hecheverria. He was always available to answer my questions, reliable and honest. In the financing dept Grace Giraldo made the final financing experience easy and she took the time to explain everything to me.   • Worse service Stay away

    I have been using their services in 2019. Everything was always great. However this year the experience has been absolutely horrible. First visit: old batteries that were replaced and pieces of the exhaust system in the motor that keeps fume from going into the cabin were left inside the vehicle and not installed back. We had to take the vehicle back and had them correct the issues. 2nd visit : Engine light came on . After a week they were not able to give a diagnostic in order to move forward for repairs nor a date certain on when the diagnostic would be completed. Everyday was a different excuse as to why it was not done. After a week of waiting the service advisor was honest enough to tell me that they only had 3 mechanics and too much work. That was enough! Stay away from the dealer.
