Service was fine, but wait is constantly an issue

onI have gone to service my car 3 times at the Pine's Jeep location and each time the wait is worse. I make an appointment, arrive at my appointment time, and they check me in 90min+ later. I do not understand the point of an appointment if no one is going to adhere to it. Every time there's a different excuse on why *this* time is different, but i can't possibly be that unlucky. If the service wasn't included in my lease, I woud not go. They have no respect for your time.
