Absolute worst experience, I've encountered so much hardship after sending my vehicle to this dealership for repairs. This dealership had my car for 8 MONTHS, during that time period I was having a hard time contacting reps and management. I've even contacted corporate and couldn't get past the 3rd party customer service team. It's a shame all of these years I've been a loyal customer to AutoNation just to feel like I was treated like complete garbage during this experience. I would never in my life recommend this place ever again. I've yet to receive any accommodations or any act of kindness after AutoNation having my car for 8 MONTHS. The lack of transparency is within this organization is awful and communication is just piss poor. They gave me car back a week ago and I had to bring it right back, because the power steering locked while I was operating A MOVING VEHICLE. I could of lost might life or gotten into a really bad accident, because of this vehicle operating in a poorly manner after them returning the vehicle to me for less than a week. Lastly, I want to mention that I'm not big on writing reviews, but I'm truly concerned who else might of experience such terrible experiences. I hope to save someone from experiencing the hardship and danger I've been put through by AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Pembroke Pines dealership. This is no longer a trusted brand within my family and friends.
