    I went to AutoNation on West Colonial and had one of, if not the absolute best, car-buying experiences that I've had (I've had three cars in my life). I had the pleasure of being assisted by Marquis' O., despite my apprehension about… purchasing a new vehicle, was courteous and answered my questions without missing a beat. I also had the pleasure of working with Frantz T. and Jorge D., who helped me get the best warrant/insurance protection deal to maintain my tight budget.

  • Service windshield wiper recall

    I called Auto Nation 3707 W Colonial Dr, Orlando, FL, regarding the windshield wiper recall and asked agent on phone, if the parts were in? Told them I had received the letter from manufacturer that parts had been provided to dealers.,… agent put me on hold, supposedly called Parts, came back to say they had the parts. We scheduled the appointment for 11/28/22 at 8:00AM. On Monday, 11/28/22 at the appointment time, waited in line for next available advisor. Advisor asked why I brought my car in? For the windshield wiper recall, I stated and gave him my copy of the recall letter. Which he kept. Advisor asked if my wipers were still working and I said yes. He said the car may not be ready on Monday, but I told him when I scheduled the appointment I was told it would only take one day. He did his paperwork took my key and went out to inspect the car which included photos of the exterior of the vehicle. I signed paperwork and was never told that the parts weren’t in. I left my car .So Tuesday 11/29/22 I called because I didn’t hear from the advisor to see if my car was ready. Agent who answered said it was. So I got a ride to go pick up my car. I arrived late afternoon only to find out from the advisor who checked the car in on Monday that the work had not been done? I was livid. I asked why I hadn’t been informed that the work had not been done. Advisor told me he had reached out to me, but I am certain I got nothing. I was upset, and yes I did use some verbiage that was not pleasant. The advisor called someone named Bryan, I think his name was. Bryan only made a bad situation worse. Bryan told me that the advisor was being generous when he told me two days. He told me that Auto Nation could actually keep my car for up to five days. I asked why if it’s just sitting in the lot? I said they were full of it and asked for my car. Bryan volunteered to bring me my car. I left and the only thing I got from Auto Nation was this survey, a reminder to do the survey and sirus radio for three months.

    They did the second oil change to my vehicle, plus I requested an extra key. Mr. Edgar Collazo kindly attended me. The key was ready in less than 24 hours. The service was very efficient and the place is nice to wait for the vehicle

    On 3/13/21, I went to Autonation in hopes of trading my car. I had wanted an SUV and had found one online. Once we got there, we were greeted warmly by Adrian Perez. The whole process of looking, applying, then driving off seemed flawless… but long. Adrian was a great help and answered every question we had about the vehicle. His knowledge of the car was simply amazing. We were very impressed with him and his kindness. Thank you, Adrian, for everything.     I purchased a brand new 2021 chevrolet silverado on January 30, 2021. I noticed shortly after the blind spot warning light on the passenger mirror wasn't working. I made an appointment for service on 2/9/21 (10 days later). I arrived about… 9:45am. I told them I would wait because I thought surely it wouldn't take long on a brand new vehicle. Although I had just spent $50,000 at their business I was not treated like it. They never offered a loaner car or a ride for me. They never gave me updates on what was going on with my vehicle. After about three hours waiting with no update I went to check and they told me the technician was at lunch and they don't have any updates. At that time I asked for a loaner car. I was told they can't give me one without a diagnosis. I asked even when it's a brand new vehicle I just purchased here? They said sorry there's nothing they could do. About a half hour later I asked again what was going on. No update and was told the same thing about a loaner car. At the 4 hour mark I was getting upset and told them I had now been there longer than I was 10 days prior when I purchased the vehicle. I asked who was in charge of loaner vehicles. They gave me the same BS about not having a diagnosis. I was getting increasingly pissed off when one of them said to go ahead and give me a loaner. After 4.5 hours of waiting I was able to go to work. Around 5pm I still had no updates so I called. No information was given as to what the the timeline wa to be done. Said they would call me in the morning. No call all morning. The sales person that sold me the vehicle contacted me and asked how everything was going. I told her horribly. Shortly after she said the vehicle was fixed and I could pick it up. About an hour later the service department called and said it was ready. I will never return to any auto nation again. If this is how they treat someone that purchased a defective vehicle from them 10 days earlier I can't imagine how they would treat any customer that didn't buy a brand new vehicle from them that needed service. If I had any recourse to return the vehicle and give my business to another dealership I definitely would! DON'T GO TO AUTO NATION!

    My experience is and was not good. The first visit they told me I need a new engine this one was worn. The engine has 170,000 miles. I bought in for stabilizing censor and traction control light displaying. I took somewhere else they gave… me a tune up and told me the engine was fine. I brought back cause was still hearing a running noise from initial visit. This time the assessed the problem that I need brakes and caliper. They were right they also was supposed to wipe 4 wheel drive code off. I brought back again it is still on now a new code appears as soon as I left. This was 3 days ago too tired and frustrated to go back.

    Quite possibly the easiest car sales experience I have ever had. I originally purchased a certified pre owned vehicle and had a mechanical issue on the 3rd day with the exhaust. I contacted the sales person, Brandon and Jessica and… brought the vehicle back for service. I was given a loaner vehicle. The mechanic was unable to find the problem and I then told Brandon that I would like to have a new vehicle since the dealership had a 5 day return policy. I was told to come in and they would take care of me. I returned to the dealership and told Jessica that I wanted a new Silverado and model for the same price that I paid for the certified pre owned vehicle. She said that she would see what she could do. A few minutes later she returned with a truck with everything except the E Assist and Tonneau cover. This was fine with me as I did not really want the E assist anyway. I accepted the offer to buy the Tonneau cover and she would install it for free. At the end of the day my payments were actually $5 less than with the certified pre owned. I am very happy and pleased that they honored the return policy and made good with a new truck. I will most definitely recommend the dealership.

    I got there at my apt time 11am, he couldn’t find that i has an apt but had taken me in anyways. I didn’t leave that place til after 2pm, the original Service writer was no where to be found in the offices (maybe he was on his lunch) but a… different guy was able to help me. And he even gave me a discount on the oil change.
