Too long for an Oil change

I got there at my apt time 11am, he couldn’t find that i has an apt but had taken me in anyways. I didn’t leave that place til after 2pm, the original Service writer was no where to be found in the offices (maybe he was on his lunch) but a different guy was able to help me. And he even gave me a discount on the oil change.
