Interesting, But not Trough
by Troubled on 01/09/2023Jackson has a great personality and works hard to please his customers. I'd give him a 5. Service techs a 1. Reason is being not trough in their work. Replaced battery and failed to set clocks. This may seem minor. Shows mis details,… possibly what else. Was surprised they charged me $129.95 to install a battery. Never told them to test it. Did that on their own.Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. I'm glad you were happy with Jackson's service but I do apologize for anything amiss with the rest of the service. Best car sales person I have ever worked with!!

My experience with Germain Lexus in Naples Fl was the best ever. I was fortunate enough to have Cary Vhugen… be my sales associate. He was in no way “pushy”. He found me a perfect pre-owned RX 350 which replaces the Lexus I lost in hurricane Ian. He is personable, knowledgeable and quickly efficient. I left Beverly a message on Saturday but she had the day off. First thing Monday she called… and scheduled me and about two hours later I was back on the road with a reliable car. I am so grateful that Beverly is always looking out for her clients. She is efficient and diligent. I can count on her to take care of every detail on even the simplest of concerns to the most complicated.
