    My 2009 Lexus ES remains in tip-top condition thanks to my wonderful service advisor, Rick Brown. When I purchased this car from Germain, I knew I was buying quality & reliability that could possibly last a lifetime. Their regularly scheduled service keeps a sharp eye out for any unusual wear & tear. The dealership is so conveniently located. And I truly enjoy waiting time in the lounge area. Everyone is so friendly; there’s comfortable seating; complimentary wifi; excellent latte machine & snacks.

    Beverly Coppola has done it again!! My Lexus was having electrical problems; we thought battery, and this happened over the Thanksgiving weekend. I left Beverly a message on Saturday but she had the day off. First thing Monday she called and scheduled me and about two hours later I was back on the road with a reliable car. I am so grateful that Beverly is always looking out for her clients. She is efficient and diligent. I can count on her to take care of every detail on even the simplest of concerns to the most complicated. I believe she loves her job!!

    After losing our Lexus due to storm surge from Hurricane Ian, our salesman (Orllando Sabau) was able to locate and deliver a new 2022 Lexus NX 350 F Sport in a one week timeframe! This was quite an accomplishment considering the overall demand for cars and general automotive logistic challenges in the Southwest Florida region. Orllando and the entire sales team did an excellent job....and more than met our expectations. Will continue to be a loyal customer for both sales and service.

    Our visit to Germain Lexus was a positive experience from the greeting of the receptionist to the salesman Cary Vhugen. We were pleased that Germain did not charge a market adjustment to purchase their vehicle. Cary made sure that we found a vehicle that met our needs and addressed any concerns we had. Happy to be driving my new Lexus.

    This was the first time that I Have purchased a Lexus at Germain in Naples, Fl. The first service appt was this past Tuesday and went flawlessly. Bev Coppolla was my service advisor. She greeted me with a smile and explained the service that I was going to get. She promised that I would have my car back in1 hour. She was right on the mark. The car was returned in 1 hour, service completed and clean. Thanks Bev for the excellent care and service that you afforded me.

  • Best car buying experience ever

    The salesman, Cary, kept in touch without being pushy. Made sure was taken care of by his partner Paul, when I came in without an appointment and he wasn't available. The open, honest conversations that we had made getting this car an even better experience than just that I loved the car! For a woman, buying a car is always a daunting task. Inevitably you feel as though you are at a disadvantage. Not once in the two weeks it took me to decide, did I feel that way here. I did at nearly every other dealer I went to (with a few exceptions) But no other dealership or salesman addressed my questions (& I had a ton!) with the knowledge, humor and friendly manner these guys did. I don't know how many more new cars I will buy in my future, but this will definitely be my first stop!

    I went for an oil change just after hurricane Ian. Beverly Coppola came out immediately to make sure I was holding up all right even before she took care of my car. She made sure the work was done speedily and sent me off feeling much better about the car and about managing life in general. If you have never had a traumatic experience, you won’t understand, but this is just par for the course for the twenty years we have been dealing with Germain Lexus and Beverly.

    I drove all the way from Orlando to Naples to get a car here, theyre pricing was better than any other dealer I have seen in this state. Cary Vhugen went above and beyond to help me with any questions or concerned I had. I came down right after Hurricane Ian and Cary called me and made sure I knew someone the roads leading to them would be closed and was available to me every step of the way. I cant say enough good things, the sales people make the dealership and if everyone here is like Cary then look no further.

    We were in and out fairly quick. We received a fair deal on our trade in. Our service professional was Dan Rusinik. He was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure to set up a follow up appointment while we were there to receive information on all of the things our new car can do as well as programming our key fobs. We did not feel pressure from the dealership like some places. Our finance associate was great as well.
