Kia Sportage still advertized but 3 days ago said was at auction...

Said Kia Sportage available, still showing as available but when I got the three days ago said they had sent the car "to auction". Made no sense. Same salesman started talking… politics instead of sticking to facts.[non-permissible content removed]
by Everyone on 02/21/2024They told me that they had a car in stock when I called, They LIED to me. when I drove after 2 hours of traffic for them to tell me the car isn’t there. Terrible service and even worse employees"Is this vehicle in stock?" "Yes. Come on in." But NO, it's NOT in stock!
by Lansing on 09/17/2022Found vehicle on Edmunds. CALLED dealer (Ford of Kendall) to check if it's available. They said "YES, it's available. Come on in and we'll pull the vehicle out for you." My wife and I go there, only to be told "Oh, NO, that car is in… service and is not available." Really?? You literally just told us it was in stock and to come in. So we ask about another car (same model) which Edmunds said they had. They look that up, and said "Sorry, that is also in service." Then the guy admits that both vehicles have been "in service" SINCE APRIL! Five months ago!! THEY ARE [non-permissible content removed]. They will tell you a car is available JUST to get you to come to their dealership. SO UNETHICAL.Grate sales team

by DianaM305 on 06/03/2022I viewed the SUV on Trucar.com, did some additional research then Ford of Kendall reached out to me to go and test drive the used Ford Explorer Sport 2019 I had viewed. I already had in mind what my specific needs were which I believe makes… the sales process much easier. I was greeted by Jorge who was very attentive in what I needed and walked me through the documentation process. I felt very at ease, no pressure, and just like that, I drove out with my SUV. The process is super simple. Ofcourse it takes a bit of a while but nothing exaggerated. Finance Christtian super helpful and Insurance dept as well. Thanks Ford of Kendall for providing simple and great service.Frank was a profesional help

by LazM on 06/01/2020Today I had to fix my A/C system and pay for it myself after purchasing a extended warranty for a my preowned 2011 F150, which I purchased in Feb of this year. The Finance Manager Juan Sebastian Pineda sold me on the idea that the Ext… Warranty I purchased covered all Mechanical on the Truck. The truck was sold to me with a bad A/C system and Muffler that was cut midway. Went back in March to discuss this with my salesman (Alejandro Alvarez) , he tells me to wait after the 30 days and it will be fix. came back after the 30 days and they tell me that the Ext Warranty don't cover nothing to do with A/C system nor the muffler. They told me that they won't help me. So know after this Crisis of the VIRUS, I finally had the chance to fix my truck. If anyone reads this, please be careful or just go to another dealer. They will turn their back on you. Avoid them like this Corona Virus.You lost a loyal customer

I came back the next morning after my purchase to claim that I was given a new car that its seats were deeply uncomfortable, it had dog hair in the trunk, and I cut my finger with the… window lever and was twice disregarded. I paid a high price for a new vehicle and left very unsatisfied and the dealer had no regards to make sure I left happy. When I came back the were asking to pay even more money to have decent seating installed. I could not even speak to the general manager, as I am apparently not important enough to do so. I cannot believe how I will remember this experience while I use this vehicle for the next 6 years. I will remember how I was literally cut by it within its first use, and how litter regards this dealer has for customer satisfaction. A "I don't know what you want me to do" attitude clearly showed me that i made the wrong choice in choosing this dealer. I will not be returning.Why do you have a parts dept?

When he finally picked up the phone and I explained what I was looking for, he tells me to hold again and transfers me to someone's voice mail. The… voice mail had no greeting. Poor customer service. Poor phone eitquette. Poor all the way around.Family Trip

When we arrived in Florida our Explorer began to make a strange noise. We wanted to get it checked out and… decided to take it to the Ford dealership. When we arrived at the dealership the employees were very friendly and knew right away the problem that our Explorer had. They fixed it in no time. by Jermaine on 01/03/2020This was the worst experience I ever had in my life I came to this dealership to purchase a used 2016 mustang and I got treated very poorly, my credit was ran multiple times and the staff and the sales people there where very racist to the… point that they did not want to help me with buying the car and they where walking away from me helping other people,also because I am black they did not want to let me test drive a dodge charger hellcat or even cut the car on and while I was checking the interior out on the car they locked the car door on me in my face! BUT when everybody else comes in there dealership that's not my specific skin tone they let them crank the car up and test drive it and everything so with that being said I will be speaking to a higher management and taking everything up with my LAWYER'S also I left without a car for that simple reason because they are racist, You guys where horrible I was ignored and racially profiled when i was just trying to purchase a car, YOU GUYS ARE GOING TO HEAR FROM MY LAWYERS AND I WILL BE SPEAKING TO THE PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANYGreat dealership 👍

by Simon on 12/20/2019This loyal customer of 30 years of leasing from ford motor company, starting with Midway Ford to Metro to Gus Machado to kendall Ford, I went in to trade in and again renew a lease on a new edge platinum. I was trated like they were doing… me a fovor to help me. it started with no concideration for my previous history with the company (30 years), that does not matter, it felt like i was being trated like new meat . I could not even get concideration for $ 73.00 woth of exess milage, they even sugested I might have to pay to tranport the vehicle I wanted to this dealership and the two reemaining payments , which the previous dealers adsobed to get te new lease.. THANK YOU FORD OF KENDALL, I of course left the dealership and went to another dealer and another company , I went to TOYOTA, they treated me like they wanted my bussines and an hour later walked out with a great deal deal, on a comparable vehicle. THINK BEFORE YOU BUY HERE, YOU WILL NOT GET THE SUPPORT YOU DESERVE!! IT IS WORSE THAN WHEN IT WAS METRO FORD AND THE CUSTOMER DROVE THROUGH THE DEALERSHIP DOOR.Maintenance
