Ford of Kendall

I viewed the SUV on Trucar.com, did some additional research then Ford of Kendall reached out to me to go and test drive the used Ford Explorer Sport 2019 I had viewed. I already had in mind what my specific needs were which I believe makes the sales process much easier. I was greeted by Jorge who was very attentive in what I needed and walked me through the documentation process. I felt very at ease, no pressure, and just like that, I drove out with my SUV. The process is super simple. Ofcourse it takes a bit of a while but nothing exaggerated. Finance Christtian super helpful and Insurance dept as well.
