Ford of Kendall

I deeply regret ever stepping into the dealership. I came back the next morning after my purchase to claim that I was given a new car that its seats were deeply uncomfortable, it had dog hair in the trunk, and I cut my finger with the window lever and was twice disregarded. I paid a high price for a new vehicle and left very unsatisfied and the dealer had no regards to make sure I left happy. When I came back the were asking to pay even more money to have decent seating installed. I could not even speak to the general manager, as I am apparently not important enough to do so. I cannot believe how I will remember this experience while I use this vehicle for the next 6 years. I will remember how I was literally cut by it within its first use, and how litter regards this dealer has for customer satisfaction. A "I don't know what you want me to do" attitude clearly showed me that i made the wrong choice in choosing this dealer. I will not be returning.
