Why do you have a parts dept?

onCalled to buy a part. Alex put me on hold without even allowing me to say what I needed. When he finally picked up the phone and I explained what I was looking for, he tells me to hold again and transfers me to someone's voice mail. The voice mail had no greeting. Poor customer service. Poor phone eitquette. Poor all the way around.
