This loyal customer of 30 years of leasing from ford motor company, starting with Midway Ford to Metro to Gus Machado to kendall Ford, I went in to trade in and again renew a lease on a new edge platinum. I was trated like they were doing me a fovor to help me. it started with no concideration for my previous history with the company (30 years), that does not matter, it felt like i was being trated like new meat . I could not even get concideration for $ 73.00 woth of exess milage, they even sugested I might have to pay to tranport the vehicle I wanted to this dealership and the two reemaining payments , which the previous dealers adsobed to get te new lease.. THANK YOU FORD OF KENDALL, I of course left the dealership and went to another dealer and another company , I went to TOYOTA, they treated me like they wanted my bussines and an hour later walked out with a great deal deal, on a comparable vehicle. THINK BEFORE YOU BUY HERE, YOU WILL NOT GET THE SUPPORT YOU DESERVE!! IT IS WORSE THAN WHEN IT WAS METRO FORD AND THE CUSTOMER DROVE THROUGH THE DEALERSHIP DOOR.
