    Mercedes Fort Lauderdale Has always provided stellar service on my GLC 300. What makes this service stellar is the service representative, Tamika! Not only did she supply me with text messages regarding the status of my vehicle, she did it in a friendly and professional manner. I accidentally left my Dolphins parking passes in the vehicle and within 20 minutes she found the parking passes and had them sitting on her desk waiting for me. It’s great to receive good mechanical service but even better to have frequent updates from a kind and friendly service advisor.

    Love my GLC 300. Rides like a dream and most of all I feel soooo safe. To top it the Fort Lauderdale Center is the best in South Florida. Each of those people are soo service oriented very helpful. Tony Guevara is the man of the hour. Consistent and reliable. And let me not forget Sam as well. Also the lady who was soo nice to my pooch❤️. Been with them over a decade👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🙏🏼❤️Thanks so much! Love u guys❤️

    3 days after my car was towed in I was told I was #8th on the list. I was told they had no idea when the car would be looked at, so I had it towed to another shop. Very arrogant service advisor.

    HORRIBLE - The dealership wants me to pay a $350.00 Diagnostic Charge out of my pocket and it does not apply to the repair. What a Rip Off. I left with no repair being conducted and I have a Extended Warranty which I purchased at this Mercedes-Benz Dealership that cost me $5,000.00!

    I was out of town July 20 thru 25 and left my car for four new tires and to be checked out for any other services necessary. On August 20, I had to take it back because of difficulty shifting gears. I was told it needed a steering column. At 9:30 PM that evening, I received a text message and video of my car on a lift with a gentleman explaining that the car “needed, but not limited, to “front breaks worn out and commands replacement. Transmission mount collapsed.” I immediately contacted my service advisor because l’d never received a video like that, but was happy to know that there were problems so that they could be addressed, however, as I explained to the service advisor, I was completely taken aback, because, I assumed that all of that would have been addressed during the week I left my car there. With that said, I had to leave my car there for those repairs. Then, on August 31, I had to take the car back a third time because the air conditioner stopped working. After having to take the car back a third time and being without transportation for almost two weeks, excluding the week I was on vacation and left it there for new tires and to be checked out, I was extremely disappointed, frustrated, and very frightened for my safety. I also have concerns about the warranty (Red Shield Guard) and when and how it is used. For the air conditioner, my car was there for a week because the service advisor “had to get approval,” yet, the contract clearly states that the “Condenser, Compressor, Compressor Clutch, and Pulley are covered. With that said, I am still extremely uncomfortable with the car. I requested to have the car thoroughly checked out and to have another one of the videos sent to me, however, that didn’t happened. My only concern, is to know that my car is safe to drive. I cannot answer the question as to whether the price paid for the repairs was fair because, I’m really not clear as to what the warranty covered. I can’t say that I’m satisfied with the quality of the work performed because I’m not sure, after having taken it in for repairs three times in a month, whether, all has been repaired, or if there are still needed repair. I purchased a Mercedes, an extended warranty, and I take it to the dealer for service and repairs because I want to drive a safe car, however, after my recent experiences, I’m really not feeling that I’m driving a safe car, that I got accurate quotes for the work performed, or that the price I paid for service was fair because It’s not made clear as to what is covered by the warranty. I am not a customer who likes to complain, however, I am a customer who tries to make sure my car is serviced and safe to drive. I honestly am not comfortable answering No to all of the questions, however, not being sure, I cannot honestly answer Yes.

    Michael Ferraro my service advisor and his team are the best. Took care of calling my extended warranty carrier, and getting a major repair [almost $6,500] approved which ended up costing me $100! Plus they do my routine service and advise me of any additional things I should have done, brakes, etc. Great service group !

  • Worst dealership ever encountered

    This dealership has a very bad habit of never returning phone calls, not completed work on time and when you write a sincere review of their deficiencies they call you back and ask you to change your review. A complete waste of time. Bought a new car for $94,000 and it has 400 miles on it…already needs service but this dealership said they would have to order parts. It’s just better to take your vehicle elsewhere. Our other car has been in this dealership 4 times now for an air conditioning problem…finally paid $2,982.00 … dealership said they could not reach the Vetitas Insurance Company so we paid out of pocket….drove it for 20 minutes and we still have no air. Called the dealership…never received a call back from management….have to take it elsewhere to rectify the problem. No one at Fort Lauderdale Mercedes Benz cares enough to try and correct the problem. Could never recommend them to anyone

    Our service representative at Fort Lauderdale Mecedes, Chris Jablonski, is without question, the best service representative we have had at any dealership EVER! Earlier this week, he did it again. Of course, always smiling and very personable . . . and always a step ahead of our questions. He is caring, thorough and prompt. He gets us in and out on time as promised. He was ready to meet with us as soon as we arrived to drop off the vehicle and we alerted him slightly before did an early pick up the vehicle, he personally ran the vehicle through the car wash since normal personnel had not arrived at the dealership yet. He is a JEWEL to the dealership! it is SO unlike us to actually look forward to seeing your vehicle service representative! I hope you can manage to keep him as part of your organization for a long time! He keeps us coming back!
