This dealership has a very bad habit of never returning phone calls, not completed work on time and when you write a sincere review of their deficiencies they call you back and ask you to change your review. A complete waste of time. Bought a new car for $94,000 and it has 400 miles on it…already needs service but this dealership said they would have to order parts. It’s just better to take your vehicle elsewhere. Our other car has been in this dealership 4 times now for an air conditioning problem…finally paid $2,982.00 … dealership said they could not reach the Vetitas Insurance Company so we paid out of pocket….drove it for 20 minutes and we still have no air. Called the dealership…never received a call back from management….have to take it elsewhere to rectify the problem. No one at Fort Lauderdale Mercedes Benz cares enough to try and correct the problem. Could never recommend them to anyone
