onThank you Andrew! My Expedition was having some problems starting. Andrew made sure to provide me with updates and even called to ask where it was normally parked to see if that could have been the issue. Once they found it was the fuel pump, the part was ordered and replaced within a day. Even though Andrew wasn’t there the day I picked it up, he made sure someone else followed up with me.
