I had called to ask to have my car back by a certain time as I had to be somewhere and could not be late. I was told it would be fine as normally it was a 1.5-2hr service.the manager never bothered to call me back. So when I took it in the question was met with rudeness at first. I get it that person may not have known the situation. I had to repeatedly say I would take the car elsewhere if they couldn’t give it back by 1:30. I waited a month this appointment I would have taken it to a place I hate if they were going to back out. They got my car back to me in less time then expected I am not sure if the guy thought I was saying 12:30 and 1:30 but I got my card back in time 102 for an oil change and tire rotation is on the high end
