    Everything was ok but they didn’t even hand tighten the oil plug. I got home and realized I had oil all over the driveway. Lost almost a quart of oil.

  • Recall Service on Vehicle

    Although it took months to get on the schedule to complete the recall, the service department was very helpful and completed the work promptly. The repair took less than 3 hours. In addition, the shuttle service and driver Dottie were quick to get me back and forth. The Rating on the day of service would be a 5 and overall due to the timeframe to get the vehicle in, the rating would be a 3-4.

  • Horrible Experience

    Unfriendly, disrespectful service advisor. Price gouging on estimate for repairs. Took it to another Ford dealer for the same service and paid 60% of what Autonation quoted. Other dealer also got Ford to contribute to the cost even though the extended warranty item expired 9 months ago. This option was never offered by Autonation.

    My car went into the dealership after purchasing used from their lot. It came with their 3 month/3k warranty which ended up getting used within the first week. My car ended up needing a new engine and it had to be replaced twice due to a defect in the first replacement. Overall, it was over 9 months from the time I dropped off to pick up. All of the issues were beyond their control but what they did control was customer satisfaction with communication, response time and making sure I had something to drive while my car was in their shop. Upon picking up the vehicle, they made sure all of my concerns were addressed. My only issue was with the Car Maker, not the dealership.

  • Fast, friendly service for fleet truck

    I recently took my work truck to this location for scheduled maintenance. I was able to drop the truck and get a shuttle ride to/from the shop to help keep my work day moving. The service advisor was very friendly and helpful. This was my second visit to this location and I will continue to have my truck serviced here.

    Scheduled the appointment for recall work which was a month or so out in advance which has been the case on all the recall appointments. Arrived and then was told that the replacement parts were not available. Once the repair was completed on what could be done I was told to follow up and reschedule once the replacement parts were available. Would think they would schedule with me. Each time I visit for a recall service there seems to an issue of some sort. Not sure how serious these recalls are, but I don't feel the service department really cares.

    Told Ford I had transmission problems, they made an appointment for me in 6 weeks, waited 6 weeks than dropped Truck off and was told I needed to keep my truck there for 10 more days because they did not have a transmission tech, and that he might show up sometime within the 10 days. They could have communicated this when I made the appointment. Shame on you Ford !!! And they call Them self’s Courtesy Ford

    The last experience I had at this dealership was not very good, so I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service we received with our auto recall . The staff (particularly Matt) was friendly and efficient and I felt like a valued customer even though I was only bringing my car in for a standard recall.
