onMy car went into the dealership after purchasing used from their lot. It came with their 3 month/3k warranty which ended up getting used within the first week. My car ended up needing a new engine and it had to be replaced twice due to a defect in the first replacement. Overall, it was over 9 months from the time I dropped off to pick up. All of the issues were beyond their control but what they did control was customer satisfaction with communication, response time and making sure I had something to drive while my car was in their shop. Upon picking up the vehicle, they made sure all of my concerns were addressed. My only issue was with the Car Maker, not the dealership.
