onTold Ford I had transmission problems, they made an appointment for me in 6 weeks, waited 6 weeks than dropped Truck off and was told I needed to keep my truck there for 10 more days because they did not have a transmission tech, and that he might show up sometime within the 10 days. They could have communicated this when I made the appointment. Shame on you Ford !!! And they call Them self’s Courtesy Ford
