onScheduled the appointment for recall work which was a month or so out in advance which has been the case on all the recall appointments. Arrived and then was told that the replacement parts were not available. Once the repair was completed on what could be done I was told to follow up and reschedule once the replacement parts were available. Would think they would schedule with me. Each time I visit for a recall service there seems to an issue of some sort. Not sure how serious these recalls are, but I don't feel the service department really cares.
