    I had recently had my Jeep in for routine maintenance and my Service Advisor Colin, let me know that they detected what might be a leak in my radiator hose or my radiator was cracked. In working with Colin, it was determined that the entire radiator needed to be replaced. I worked with Colin on my Service Agreement and he quickly notified me that the Service Agreement/Warranty I had purchased would cover the entire cost of the replacement. Colin was so great to work with and kept me informed all along the way. I have taken my Jeep there for service many times and this is one of the reasons I keep coming back.

    All of the Service Advisors (Skip, Eric and Ryan) were able to troubleshoot the issues with my vehicle and communicate effectively with me during the process. Once their team was able to identified the underlying problems they put together a plan of action to make the repairs as quickly as possible. Larry McBride, the Service Director at AutoNation Southwest, was then able to step in and work with me while utilizing a loyalty program available to me to make the repairs as affordable as possible. The service, communication and care that went into my last visit at this location was beyond my expectations. I will forever be a loyal customer to this location after everything this service team did for me. I owe every single person that I worked with at AutoNation Southwest a huge THANK YOU.

    I’m typically not one to leave reviews, but the service I received at AutoNation Southwest was awful. I was given nothing but the run around for 3 months straight, and not having access to a vehicle within those 3 months as they offer no rentals. I dropped my car off on October 12th to get inspected as a warning light on the dash said “AWD System Unavailable Service Required”. Was told it would take 3 days for them to get me a diagnostic. Received my vehicle diagnostic on October 31st. Was assured I needed to change my Power Transfer Unit (PTU). The dealership did not have the part on hand so I was told the part would be in December 7th at the latest. Was told a request for expedited shipping would be submitted and that they’re “fairly quick” at approving it. Never heard anything in regards to the expedited shipping. Picked up my vehicle on November 9th as I was told it would be fine for me to drive it in the meantime while I wait for the part to come in. Took my vehicle home and noticed my driveway had a few oil spots. My vehicle had NO oil leak before taking it into the dealership but all of a sudden when I pick up my vehicle from the dealership and take it home it has an oil leak. Collin (the guy I was dealing with at the dealership) called me on December 6th (a day before the part was supposed to be in) informing me that he had not heard anything about the part I needed and that it would more than likely not be in until the end of December. Went to the dealership that day on December 6th expressing my frustration and what a coincidence, the part had just gotten in. He proceeds to tell me he tried to call me and inform me when the only call I got was the call letting me know the part would not be in until the end of December. I informed him of the oil leak and was assured it would be taken care of. Few days later Collin calls me letting me know the oil leak was “fixed” and that the upper and lower radiator hoses needed to be replaced because now we have a coolant leak. Collin proceeds to tell me it would be around $1,000 to fix. Why should I pay for an issue I didn’t cause!? I take my vehicle to my local mechanic and he informs me that the oil leak was not fixed properly and that changing the radiator hoses are nowhere near $1,000. I paid my $100 deductible for the dealership to use used parts to fixed my oil leak. I feel because I’m a female of color I was given the run around. I will never return to this AutoNation and hope others don’t have to deal with what I’ve gone through.

    Always a good experience with this service department. Only reason for 4 stars is the timing of the pick- up call. More than a half hour before closing would be appreciated as I have to travel 45-60 minutes to get there depending on traffic. Maybe a 30 minute warning before the service will be done? The fact that I travel this distance speaks volumes about the great service I receive from this department !! Skipper Harmon is always quick to answer my questions and is a great resource regarding my 2019 Ram 3500 Turbo Diesel.

    Connor was incredible help when we bought our new Jeep Renegade! He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and so kind. He took his time with us, made sure all of our questions were answered and taken care of, and made sure we were satisfied with our new car. Seriously incredible experience! All of the people we interacted with were so kind. We went back the next day to pick something up and the manager of the dealership Kenny called me by name and asked how the new car was - so cool! We will definitely be going back here for the next car we need! Highly recommend!!

  • Autonation Littleton, CO Service Dept Very Good!

    I have a 2019 RAM Limited, and like usual, RAM designed the exhaust manifold to be [non-permissible content removed]. Within less than 30,000 miles, the manifold cracked at the engine block. The 2 bolts on the pipe to the rear exhaust sheered off. And it's all easy, city driving. I baby my truck. But luckily I bought coverage, and Ryan Shaw of the Service dept fixed the issues. It was a long time to get parts from Chrysler. 3 months. But I was on the books twice, and Ryan always called me to let me know the parts hadn't arrived, and then we rescheduled. No problem. No guess work. When the parts came in, he let me know. I scheduled it. He and the service guys were super easy to talk with. I showed the sheared bolts too. They fixed it. Got it running quiet again. And like ladies, they put a Thank You card on my dashboard each time I came to get my truck from them. So sweet of them. :) Great customer service. Attentive. Honest. No B.S. Trust them. Great job, guys. Thanks for not being a scammer service shop, like the Jeep Autonation one on W Colfax in Golden. Those guys guess and then never fix the problem, after putting all the cost on the customer. - Thuy Nguyen

  • Bought a used car from them, not the first choice

    They had a car we wanted at the right price. Had a pre-approved financing from USAA - they dont accept USAA . . . applied for a loan from them - it was higher interest so we went elsewhere. They called us back to offer the car at a slightly cheaper price to offset the higher interest - we decided to buy it and re-finance once complete. After returning, waited almost three hours for their finance team - they changed the terms of the rate and we were also shown a form that says that they would not turn down any banking institution. We should have just left then. Still waiting for the loan to go through so we can pay it off with the USAA loan. . .

    I purchased a mini van from Autonation. The van was in good condition overall but.... the detailer failed to clean the van twice. The windows were horrible. Second I took the van to my mechanic and discovered it needed shocks, struts and even break light bulbs. I was told that the dealership conducted a 125 point inspection but they failed to identify these normal issues. No I need to wait 30 days for them to fix because it takes that long to get into the system.

    I purchased a Dodge Durango, before and during the sale I had all my questions and concerns answered, if I left a message I received a call back quickly. I noticed a few minor things that needed to be fixed on the vehicle, a small windshield chip, motor for ac not working correctly and tow hitch cover sticking. I spoke with the salesman and the finance person I worked with, they assured me it was no problem and they would both speak with service and get me in ASAP to fix. Fast forward 3 weeks still haven’t received a response to the email sent or a call to schedule. I called the service department and they said since it’s been 3 weeks I don’t have the bumper to bumper warranty active, but they will still get me in. I’m just assuming now this will be out of pocket. I trusted them so didn’t call service myself sooner. I guess a car dealer is the same anywhere, once the sale is made they’re not worried about addressing problems.
