Dealership Sales Review
I purchased a Dodge Durango, before and during the sale I had all my questions and concerns answered, if I left a message I received a call back quickly. I noticed a few minor things that needed to be fixed on the vehicle, a small windshield chip, motor for ac not working correctly and tow hitch cover sticking. I spoke with the salesman and the finance person I worked with, they assured me it was no problem and they would both speak with service and get me in ASAP to fix. Fast forward 3 weeks still haven’t received a response to the email sent or a call to schedule. I called the service department and they said since it’s been 3 weeks I don’t have the bumper to bumper warranty active, but they will still get me in. I’m just assuming now this will be out of pocket. I trusted them so didn’t call service myself sooner. I guess a car dealer is the same anywhere, once the sale is made they’re not worried about addressing problems.
