    I had an appointment for my Jeep to get an oil change. Took it in exactly on time and within 30 minutes had my keys back in my hands! Service associate was friendly and efficient and very helpful in answering my questions! I would definitely recommend this Autonation location!!

  • 2019 Ram 2500 Service

    I went in to get a few things checked on my 2019 Ram 2500 because there was a few concerns regarding the differential and possibly the transmission. The problems are definitely still there and now the shifting is laggy. The tech informed me that the truck had a couple of recalls and once updated that all of my problems would be solved. I had to wait a while to get it in for my problems not to have been addressed. Then when I picked up my truck it was unlocked and nothing was really communicated with me as to what was done.

    My salesmen David was excellent never pressured me and went to bat for me on every request. The sales manager for South West Chrysler was honest and took care of me. You just feel good when people are honest and I never had post purchase dissonance. I’m very happy with all departments and the Auto Nation extended warranty is the best on the market with high previous customer reviews. This was my second purchase and I will be back. Joseph Cordova

  • Good price but beware

    Price of the vehicle was good; however, the 125-point AutoNation inspection really leaves something to be desired. Or they inspected things found them needing repair and didn’t care? i.e. the Air filter needed replaced, the oil needed changed, windshield wipers were horrible and had to be replaced before I got the vehicle home! Sold a vehicle with NO gas. Haphazardly drilled holes in the front bumper for the license plate. Were unable to print the temporary tag so they gave us a 36hour tag and were to overnight FedEx the 45 day tag. Well that didn’t happen it took 3 extra days to get it because they didn’t get it out when they said they would. I prearranged everything because I drove three hundred miles to pick it up. And nothing was ready, the vehicle was dirty, the salesman was missing, the transaction took hours longer than it should have (prearranged) etc. All in All, the sale wasn’t too bad but I’m starting to regret purchasing a vehicle without my mechanic inspection.

    I was provided very caring, professional service. I was treated upon arrival. The facility was clean and tidy. My car sales associate Justin wasn’t pushy or overwhelming. It was an overall pleasant car buying experience.

    I had the sidewall blowout on my truck tire. When attempting to change the tire, my locking key lug nut was missing. Had to tow the truck to the dealership. Not only did they take care of my truck in a timely fashion, they were able to process the warranty claim on the tire. The AutoNation service team had me back on the road in no time and the manager Larry McBride assisted me with all new locking lug nuts. Great experience overall and I will be servicing my truck at this location moving forward.

    I arrived on time; waited over 5-6 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, longer to be helped. I was told it would be an hour to an hour & a half wait. Yes, I had an appointment. Yes, they knew I was having to wait. When it had been an hour and forty minutes, I walked out to the service area and asked how much longer, as no one had come out to update me at all. As soon as I no longer have the Wave program on my Jeep, I will gladly NO longer be going to this dealer.

    I recently bought a car from Parker Wilde at AutoNation, and he was absolutely amazing. He happened to know the prior owner of the vehicle, a red, 2016 Mazda CX-5, and he let us know the care and maintenance she did to the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about the SUV, and he pointed out all the wonderful upgrades that the prior owner had done. Parker was very polite, courteous, and made the car-buying experience very easy. Our financial representative there also made the sale smooth, quick and painless. Hopefully we won't have to buy another car for quite some time, but when we do, we'll definitely be back at AutoNation.

    Horrible experience, sales team incompetent, did not remedy problem or satisfy buying needs. After repeat business at this same location, will not return to such disrespect for customers. Also done with Dodge and Ram products if they support these business tactics.
