    Enjoyed working with CJ and then Craig H. It took me a while after our initial contact by email for me to be able to make the time to get down to drive the car. As CJ was out that day, Craig helped me and was very knowledgeable about the QX80 I was looking at. I ended up moving forward on the transaction and they were very fair on the new vehicle pricing , as well as that of my trade. Then Brandon B. (sales support) and Joe (finance guy) wrapped it all up and I was on my way. Everyone was very professional and knew what they were doing. No high pressure whatsoever, which made it a no stress experience. Will definitely buy there again and will recommend to friends.

    I can’t speak highly enough of my experience with Mike Ward Infiniti and my sales rep, Craig H. He and his manager Micah L., not only went the extra mile, but way beyond it! The whole experience from start to finish was easy, and I know that I got a great deal. When I first contacted the dealership, they assured me they would do whatever was necessary to earn my business. Every dealership claims that, but I can honestly say the Craig and Micah did it!. They not only earned my business but my gratitude as well.

    I found a used car online and filled out a request for information. From there on, all I can say is - Fast!... and Caring! The service I received was first-rate and I closed the deal on my new car the same day. CJ (my internet sales rep) was excellent. I am very happy, not only with the vehicle, but also the service I experienced!

    Due to a mutual friend, I was able to work directly with Mike Ward for most of the deal process. He was outstanding. For things such as test drives and basic Q&A, he had one of his salesmen assist me (Rance). Great guy. When you buy a $50k vehicle, you expect the dealership to go the extra mile. Mike Ward did - plus some.

    CJ, Bob and Joe were all really helpful getting us into the car we wanted for a fair price. Its a stressful experience buying a car, especially with a newborn baby intoe, but everyone over at Mike Ward worked with us and were really great.

    I usually hate the idea of purchasing a car from dealerships ... especially when that includes my 6 1/2 month pregnant belly and two toddlers. That just sounds like a disaster. But honestly, Mike Ward Infiniti was so fantastic to work with, so helpful and awesome with my kiddos. We weren't expecting to actually purchase a car that evening, but everything fell into place and the team there (especially Chad) were so accommodating with our whole family being there, that we just didn't want to work with anyone else. And parents - this place is super kid friendly, they even have a kids room in the lounge in the back with snacks and drinks. We not only love our Honda Odyssey we bought, but we will always want to work with them again. Thank you Chad and thank you to all of the Mike Ward Infiniti team that took care of us that night!

    I did my research on this website and when it was time to buy I emailed the Mike Ward Infiniti staff. CJ got right back to me and answered my questions. We then set up a time for me to come in for a test drive. CJ was great. He's a really down to earth person, not "salesy" at all. The facility was beautiful, the staff was extremely courteous, and the cars are fantastic. I highly recommend them. They have excellent customer service.

    I had a great experience with Craig H. while purchasing my used 2011 Infiniti M37x. I began my car search online and received a quote from Mike Ward Infiniti through Craig. When I visited the dealership on April 21, 2014, Craig was very helpful, answered all of my questions, and didn't pressure me or raise the quoted price. If you're looking for an Infiniti in Colorado, I definitely recommend looking up Craig at the Mike Ward Infiniti Internet Sales Department.

    I purchased my 2014 Q50 AWD premium sedan on May 2nd 2014 and from the time I arrived at the dealership to the time I drove away in my new Q50, CJ and the dealership exceeded my expectations. The dealership was super busy that day, but CJ made sure I was taken care of in every way. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. CJ also had great communication with me as he responded to my requests via phone, text, and email in a timely manner. He made trading in my 2012 Infiniti G37xS coupe a breeze. He was up front and fair with pricing as well. If you are looking for an incredible car, and an incredible dealership experience, head to Mike Ward Infiniti and work with CJ!

    I have worked with many dealerships in the past and have to admit that my experience with Chad M.and Mike Ward Infiniti is far and above the best experience to date. From my initial call, in person meeting, test drive and follow up visit with the Mike Ward service department the next day, all contact with the Mike Ward team has been pleasant, respectful and truly a “non-pressure” experience. Chad M. is knowledgably about the Infiniti product and was very patient through my decision process. Chad answered all questions asked and was very upfront with all answers. I will absolutely recommend Chad and the Mike Ward Infiniti team to anyone interested in purchasing a car. Thank you very much for all that you do. I will be back!!

    I had a terrible experience with this dealership! Be very careful in dealing with them. I had 3 sales people all working on the sale of one car. One told me mechanical work had been done at dealership, however no paperwork available to show this. Another posed as a manager but was not. They lied about delivery of the car. Worst of all, I later found out from my insurance agent that they posed as an attorney to attempt to find information about my insurance settlement, so they could see how much money I had for financing. My insurance agent is filing a formal complaint. I bought my car elsewhere and was very happy I chose to leave! I was stunned they were so un-professional and without scruples. I would not recommend anyone do business with this bunch!

    We worked with Chad from internet sales and were very satisfied. He was a pleasure to work with and seemed truly invested in our needs as opposed to just trying to push a sale. We ended up with a great car and we couldn't be happier!

    I contacted Mike Ward Infiniti through their internet site about a used car and recieved a quick response with pricing, features, photos, and scheduled a time to test drive. When I arrived, Chad M. was with another customer already, but he had the car we were discussing brought around, gave me the keys, and told me to head out on the test drive myself. After returning, we discussed pricing and came to an agreement that was very close to the book value I had found through research ahead of time. From there, they found financing with better rates than I had pre-arranged and the entire transaction was freindly and no-pressure. All my questions were answered, everything was explained, and what little time I spend waiting was in the wonderful customer loungue. From start to finish with Chad M. and the entire Mike Ward team, it was a great buying experience.

    Originally went though Carsdirect. I was disappointed that I had to submit my name and email address to get an actual quote - and this was passed on to 3 dealers who quickly called me instead of just sending the quote I asked for. I told all 3 I was just looking for an email quote right now. Chad M at Mike Ward was the only one who actually put numbers down in and email and sent it to me. The rest wanted me to come in 1st. And I am still getting residual calls and emails over a week later. I did my homework with Edmunds and Kelly and know their price was a tiny bit high and they gave me less than my trade was worth - but everyone has to eat, right? Also, I would have had to take too much of my time selling my car privately and they deserve to make a little doing this for me. Even the finance guy who offers the extras did so in a low pressure, pleasant fashion. I did not want to have a good cop/bad cop (salesman/sales manager) - and an incredulous attitude from a the finance guy when you passed on the extras experience. Mike Ward Infiniti was the opposite of this. They were professional and courteous throughout the transaction. Thank you! They had a very nice facility and if they were closer to my home or office - I would probably consider doing my service there as well. Could I have spent a few dollars less by going back and forth with sales managers and quibbling over trade in values and retail values, what a great deal this was and blah blah blah blah blah blah...? Probably ...a little. But life's too short and they gave me a fair price - it was very straight forward and what buying a new car should be!

    I purchased QX60 on 4/25/14 from Mike Ward Infiniti - my experience exceeded my expectations. Chad M. did a great job from the very beginning, when I enquired about the price and selection, to the final handshake. He was professional, knowledgeable, and immediately responded to all my emails, calls, and questions. The negotiation process was easy and quick, so as paper signing and vehicle pick up. It also worth noting that the dealership itself is very impressive. A brand new place with state of the art amenities! I will definitely go back to Mike Ward for my next car purchase.

    I am always leery when working with dealerships due to some bad experiences in the past. Mike Ward Infiniti sets itself apart by keeping the consumers needs first. For me, price and vehicle features were paramount. Chad M. was able to guide me through the leasing process and helped me identify areas where we could reduce some of my monthly cost. Chad was always transparent and made sure to introduce me to the right people if he didn't have an immediate answer. It would be remiss of me if I didn't call attention to the other staff that assisted in my match with my Q50: Micah L., Eric T., Brandon B., and Josh E. also played a part in making my overall experience a pleasant one. Thank you all so much.
