I contacted Mike Ward Infiniti through their internet site about a used car and recieved a quick response with pricing, features, photos, and scheduled a time to test drive. When I arrived, Chad M. was with another customer already, but he had the car we were discussing brought around, gave me the keys, and told me to head out on the test drive myself. After returning, we discussed pricing and came to an agreement that was very close to the book value I had found through research ahead of time. From there, they found financing with better rates than I had pre-arranged and the entire transaction was freindly and no-pressure.
