I have worked with many dealerships in the past and have to admit that my experience with Chad M.and Mike Ward Infiniti is far and above the best experience to date. From my initial call, in person meeting, test drive and follow up visit with the Mike Ward service department the next day, all contact with the Mike Ward team has been pleasant, respectful and truly a “non-pressure” experience. Chad M. is knowledgably about the Infiniti product and was very patient through my decision process. Chad answered all questions asked and was very upfront with all answers.
