I am always leery when working with dealerships due to some bad experiences in the past. Mike Ward Infiniti sets itself apart by keeping the consumers needs first. For me, price and vehicle features were paramount. Chad M. was able to guide me through the leasing process and helped me identify areas where we could reduce some of my monthly cost. Chad was always transparent and made sure to introduce me to the right people if he didn't have an immediate answer. It would be remiss of me if I didn't call attention to the other staff that assisted in my match with my Q50: Micah L., Eric T., Brandon B., and Josh E. also played a part in making my overall experience a pleasant one.
