by MADHAMSHER on 05/14/2025Booked an Oil Change online, the price shown online was not even close to what I was charged. Whenever I asked how much this will be, I got an answer of...Oh, about x amount of $$$... How is it the answer is about, give me a straight… answer. I had a coupon for 15% off, it was not applied to the invoice, I cannot read my receipt, but the math did not add up. After discussion customer service rep agreed that he didn't add the discount. The discount was added, but after leaving the dealership, the math still didn't add up, but I let it go, I had other things to do that day. Right now, my answer to the first question below is MAYBE?I am going to have our service manger give you a call so we can adress the charges. Thank you Steve D

New Battery

I did bring it in and they got it replaced in a very timely fashion. I was very happy with the service that they provided for… a fair price. I just hope that they can continue to provide me with this excellent kind of service when I need to come in for another issue. Thanks to all of you, esp. by Larry J W on 06/28/2021I was dealing with "Chevy Legends, Parts Dept. & Service Dept. Actually ordered the Mud Guards from Legends to be installed by the service Dept. So bottom line I received the wrong Mud Guards which were installed by the the Dept. Since… they were the wrong guards they removed them & willingly. Angela from the parts dept. was off the chain trying to make it right which she did. Many thanks to her and Jodie in service. by Allykenai on 06/15/2016This visit didn't cost me a dime. My last visit took an hour longer than stated so I was given a free oil change. Once again, they offered to wash the truck and didn't. Can't tell how many times this has happened. Don't offer if you don't… plan on washing it! I will not be returning to Dellenbach though. I purchased a used vehicle off the B lot and was treated like a B rated person. This was my 4th Chevy truck bought from this dealership and I had sung their praises. Not any more. Bruce was rude and arrogant in his sale. Went to 'check' with the 'money' guy to see if they could accept my offer. Came back 15 minutes later stating that THEIR offer stood and they weren't budging. Just maybe your money guy should meet his prospective buyers before deciding what they weren't budging on. Believe me, I wish this wasn't my story but it is. Dellenbach was the only dealership in Fort Collins that I trusted. Have spoken to several friends that tell me I would like Markley. So the next time I purchase any vehicle, Markley is where I will start, then Denver, but I will not purchase another vehicle or use the service department from Dellenbach again.not a cv joint
by Equinox59 on 05/19/2016updated 06/03/2016Took my equinox in as it was making a noise in the front end. Told it was tire noise. Explained they were new tires and the noise did not start with new tires. Called and told it was bearings in crank case and needed new crank case. They… did the work under warranty. Picked it up and it started making an awful metal on metal and siren noise. Took it back and explained it did not make the noise before crank case repair. Was told it was just a coincidence. then was told it was a CV joint. Called GM after research on line. They laughed and reassured me it was not the CV joint. After several calls to several persons at Dellenbach, one brave soul finally admitted the shaft from the week to crank case was not reinstalled properly. Service person was extremely rude when I came back in with the noise. Asked to speak to Steve Dellenbach at least 5 times and he was always conveniently out of the office. If it were not for the fact the vehicle is under warranty, I would go elsewhere. I had the same car in 5 times for a tire that kept loosing air. They could never get it fixed and ended up at Firestone for a new set of tires. Have complained 4 times that I feel the transmission slips. They keep telling me it doesn't. I have finally filed a claim directly with GM. My advice to Dellenbach is quit lying to customers. With the ease of the internet it is very easy to get information and remember we can call General Motors directly and file complaints and claims when you won't do your job.Vehicle Chirping/honking
by RCEDEUX on 02/17/2016It took many visits to finally have the chirping/beeping resolved. There was some scepticism regarding the issue, even with several pages of documented occurrences. The chirping/beeping was so bad that my wife refused to drive the… vehicle. It appears that the issue has been resolved.Periodic Maintenance

by PraechinPapa on 01/20/2015I was a walk-in to have my key fob checked. The Service Adviser told me the possible problems and what it would take and cost to resolve each one. He started me out by having me go to the parts department to perform a simple fob test. When… I told him the results, he wrote up the ticket and told me it would be about 45 minutes to an hour. Being a walk-in, I expected that. Within 20-25 minutes, he came and told me the job was completed. And his estimate was spot on. I really appreciated that. Dellenbach has performed several services on my Cadillac and they have performed above and beyond my expectations each time.HHR Recall

by dewman1969 on 08/10/2014I recently had a 30K mile service done on my 2012 Equinox. There was a misunderstanding on what day my appt. was which was my fault. When I contacted the Service dept. they were able to fit me in. They not only fit me in they applied two… discounts that made a noticeable reduction in my bill. They completed it in a shorter amount of time then first stated and made sure I understood all services/prices before the work began. This is one of the reasons I keep coming back for service and to buy vehicles there. They treat me with respect and go out of their way to make you feel important.Chevy van recall plus battery problem
by ajs80525 on 06/21/2014Called ahead, no appt needed, brought in fairly new van for (minor) recall notice. After waiting around, told they were lacking a part and would call me back. Two weeks later no call, I called again, brought it back, got the work done this… time. At the same time reported an apparent battery problem. They checked out alternator and battery and said "all is well." Had them check battery again, it seems to have a bad cell and never fully charges, alternator runs way too long, voltage is low. "Our machine says it's fine, so GM won't replace it under warranty." Grumble, guess I'll wait and hope it fails more completely under warranty.Great GM Dealership to work with!
