Booked an Oil Change online, the price shown online was not even close to what I was charged. Whenever I asked how much this will be, I got an answer of...Oh, about x amount of $$$... How is it the answer is about, give me a straight answer. I had a coupon for 15% off, it was not applied to the invoice, I cannot read my receipt, but the math did not add up. After discussion customer service rep agreed that he didn't add the discount. The discount was added, but after leaving the dealership, the math still didn't add up, but I let it go, I had other things to do that day. Right now, my answer to the first question below is MAYBE?
