    I called the call center to make my appointment. When I arrived, there was no record of my appointment, however the Service Rep was able to get e taken care of. Not sure why there was no Appointment, but thanks to taking care of me.

    Brought my Jeep in for oil change/tire rotation, and then to diagnose some dash lights that had appeared. They got to work right away and finished before the estimated time. A full printout and explanation was given of what the lights and codes were, along with honest feedback that everything was fine now and it was an anomaly. An estimate of the next maintenance items was given to me and explained but no pressure to have anything done immediately like some quick lube chains do.

  • Chryler Pacifica Hybrid Recall Work

    After the recall work was performed the the E.Hybrid functions on Uconnect were gone. I called to complain and the tech told me to schedule a service appointment and that I would have to leave the car until they could diagnose the issue. I told him I wanted to speak to the service manager and he hung up on me in mid sentence. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen from Chrysler. I have owned four Chrysler passenger vans since 1992 and I don't think I will be every buying one again!

    I could not get through on the phone to make a service appt. I had been trying, and leaving my number, for over a month before someone answered. I had an oil pan replaced in Dec. mileage around 66,000. The car continued to leak. When I finally got it in with 70000 miles, I was chided by the tech saying in could invalidate my warranty by skipping the 60,000 mile service. Why didn’t the tech say something in Dec. if it was so important? Also, the oil leak this time was found to be from the oil filter, which your shop replaced in Dec. The tech this time mansplained to me how it couldn’t be the fault of their shop, even though your shop replaced the oil filter. I’ve had countless oil changes in my 50 years of driving, and have an oil filter leak due to the process is not normal. I was charged for the oil change. I am in the market for a new car, and will NOT be buying a new Jeep from this dealership due to the awful service Dept.

    I had originally scheduled a diagnostics appointment where I mostly needed my headlights to be checked and or replaced. The technician completely understood what was needed and helped get me on my way very very fast, this is despite the fact that I had to change from drop off to wait as it was originally scheduled. This is at least, the fifth time I use this dealership’s service and will be coming back. Thanks!

  • Electronic problems

    Computer throwing tons of codes, loss of power steering, tranny locked in park. Called for service, had to wait 2 week for appointment, 3 days to diagnose. Service tech found wires under dash worn through shorting computer, known problem with star bulletin but no recall. Had to wait for warranty dept.to approve repairs before they can order parts. Sales team put in wrong mileage so warranty rejected. Had to go in to resign sale contract so service could reapply to warranty. Parts could take 5-7 days to arrive 2-3 days to install. Jeep out of service for 3 weeks now probably be another week until fixed, no lender car, 5 star service? No way. Hope this problem gets fixed so I never have to go to this dealership again.

  • S3 purchased, immediately needed 2500.00 in maintenance and repair

    I purchased an Audi S3 from Auto Nation Arapahoe a few weeks ago. It immediately needed to go in for a 40,000 mile transmission and AWD flush that cost me $750.00 (this should have been done by the dealership as the interval for this repair is 40K miles and the car had just gotten over that). While the car was having that work done, they told me I needed a new water pump for $1700.00 (something a simple and quick inspection revealed). Both of these issues would have been caught with a simple vehicle inspection (the Audi shop I went to took 30 minutes to complete this inspection). AutoNation failed to perform these inspections and I am now out of pocket $2500.00 because of it. Unsatisfied is an understatement.
