I could not get through on the phone to make a service appt. I had been trying, and leaving my number, for over a month before someone answered. I had an oil pan replaced in Dec. mileage around 66,000. The car continued to leak. When I finally got it in with 70000 miles, I was chided by the tech saying in could invalidate my warranty by skipping the 60,000 mile service. Why didn’t the tech say something in Dec. if it was so important? Also, the oil leak this time was found to be from the oil filter, which your shop replaced in Dec. The tech this time mansplained to me how it couldn’t be the fault of their shop, even though your shop replaced the oil filter. I’ve had countless oil changes in my 50 years of driving, and have an oil filter leak due to the process is not normal. I was charged for the oil change. I am in the market for a new car, and will NOT be buying a new Jeep from this dealership due to the awful service Dept.
