    I was quoted 1 hur to make the repair, and it took 2. I then had to bring the Jeep back later in the day because the problem was not fixed twice.

    I was very disappointed with the misleading sales staff and the insane pressure to buy a warranty. Promises were made that were not kept. I’ve purchased several cars previously and this experience was the worst.

  • Working it thru

    Though my vehicle was there a couple more days then planned it was because they were working hard to verify the issue another mechanic had said we had and advise to go to the dealer. They didnt see the issue we were told we had and was able to make an inexpensive plan to work it out.

  • DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE

    Took my Jeep in for an oil change and exhaust sensor to pass emissions. They took 4 weeks to perform this, without communications. No response to voice mails left, because they wont pick up the phone. Fine! I’ll just wouldn’t go back. However, during the oil change they over torqued oil plug (was not able to remove) and damaged the oil filter housing. I took it back for them to fix what they damaged. They did not honor their own service warranty from their website. They gave me a “courtesy” credit of $400 off the $2000 in damages their service department did to my car. Again, this time it took 3 weeks of silence, calling and leaving voice mail asking for a status. No response, until I included email to corporate complaints. However, corporate never responded other than an automated reply we got you mail. They do not give you written estimates, they do not communicate with customers on progress, and they have an arrogant attitude they can do no wrong.

    My initial impression was that it wasn't a very welcoming service center. When I first entered there were 3 guys at their computer stations - no one on the phone - and not one person looked up to say anything - "good morning, someone will be right with you" - "how can I help you"...after some awkward time another employee walked in and asked if anyone has helped me yet...and I replied "no". He then invited me to a station and asked another person to assist me. At that point, the service was very friendly and helpful. My wait was just a little longer than they had estimated it to be. Not a big deal. When my vehicle was ready the attendant was very friendly and clear regarding the service performed on my vehicle

    We dropped the car off on a Friday morning and was told it should be done on Monday. Never got a call or anything so on Tuesday tried to call and kept either getting the answering machine or an advisor that said they would transfer us to ours which never happened. Finally got a hold of someone on the next Friday and they said it would ready by the end of day on Monday. Monday came and no call. Finally on Tuesday we got a text saying our car was ready. Tried to call on Wednesday to pay over the phone so our daughter could pickup but couldn't even get anybody to do that. They our car for 12 twelve days and was never really told what was going on.

  • Dealership broke my Jeep hybrid system.

    Bring my jeep for a recall and it is returned without the hybrid system working, dealership did not even checked their work. I come back the week after and they say there is another recall and need to install a part that is on backorder. 2 months later, they do not have the part and my hybrid jeep is broken only working with gas now. They do not even know when the part will be delivered. I do not think they even care. Worst service ever.

  • Mason Sheveland Is an Excellent Salesperson

    Mason's knowledge and passion answering my questions and explaining the difference between each wrangler models was impressive. He personally owns a wrangler 4xe himself showing and explaining with his own vehicle how it is setup and utilizes the EV to and from work to save on gas. I eventually purchased a new Jeep Wrangler Willy's 4xe and the experience was painless. I would also like to thank Sales Manager Chris and Patrick in Finance for helping make my experience seamless. I would recommend Mason and Auto Nation to my family and friends.
