Easiest vehicle purchase ever
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY - THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE!
by SAVEYOURSELF on 11/08/2023I won't bore you all with the details but please, unless you specifically have to visit this service department for warranty purposes, save yourself the stress and go elsewhere. The service department is a complete joke. Appointments don't… mean a thing, they simply get you in the "queue" to wait weeks following your actual appointment. We received an estimate based on what the tech "thought the issues might be" and then were asked to pay a diagnostics fee by the service advisor after the tech specifically told us he was not able to diagnose the car yet. I asked to speak with a manager and our service advisor laughed and said the managers come in late, take 2 hour lunches and leave early. They are fraudulent, rude and could not care less about you or your vehicle. Seriously, save yourself.Hi, we regret your experience with us here, but are glad you brought this to our attention. He went over our options, provided detailed diagnosis data and understood our urgency to get… the work done. He was honest and fair with us about the work that was needed. He went out of his way to make sure we got our car back quickly. Terrible communication, lost my car
by Paul80112 on 10/30/2023I dropped my Jeep off on Tuesday morning. The service advisor assured me that I would receive text message updates on the status of the repair. I did not receive any updates all week. I called on Thursday and Friday asking for an update… and they had no idea when it would be done. On Saturday I called and said I wanted my car back, I don't care if its fixed. I needed it for that week. The saturday service manager said he could not even find my car, asked me what color it was because they hadn't bothered to write down the plate number. Said he would call me by end of Saturday about a loaner car, he never called me back. On monday after work I finally got the first message saying I would be receiving updates via text message. I went to the dealership to get my car and they said it was finished. Who knows how long it would have been for them to actually tell me it was done. I got my car, no acknowledgement that they lost my car, no acknowledgement that they left me completely in the dark for 6 1/2 days. I was just glad to have my car back. Lost Key

2012grand jeep cherokee

I told them I had an appointment to change my oil on that Wednesday. They… said ok and my jeep was ready for pick up on Friday.
