AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Arapahoe
Dealership Service Review
AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!! The buying process was super smooth, because they're nice until they have a signed contract and your money. Then they conveniently inform you that the vehicle has only been on the lot for less than 24 hours and needs to pass a safety inspection before you can take the vehicle.I'm not sure why a car was listed to sell that hasn't passed a safety inspection first. I was told I would have it the next week. They had my car for almost 3 weeks!! I was told that I still needed to bring it back because they were waiting on a part (a plastic cover for the driver side fog light cover that was cracked). Fast forward a month into having the car I noticed that the inside of my brand new front tires were worn down to wire! I had to pay $700 for new tire to ensure my kids had a safe vehicle to ride in. I called the dealership and informed them, I was instructed to bring it in. I waited for 2 hours for them to tell me that they can't do anything because there is damage to control arm and it passed the safety inspection and they can'y prove that I didn't hit something to cause that damage. Offaly ironic that there is damage to the control arm on the same side they had to replace a cracked fog light cover. I will be canceling my warranty through them to have my car worked on somewhere I can trust because this place is a scam! I will tell everyone I know to avoid Auto Nation.
