AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Arapahoe

Salesman stated Jeep had a 1-year/30K warranty. After I agreed to purchase, I was told that the warranty did not apply. Because of pressing need for a vehicle, I purchased it. I told sales/finance I was on a tight timeline. Because I am out of state, they had to send paperwork to a local notary. After finance told me that the notary was busy and holding things up, I found he had falsely stated when he sent the paperwork. The manager later tried to blame Navsign for the delay. When we were told the vehicle was finally ready, it had not been washed. We waited for the car wash, only to find the Jeep was still dirty.
