Love my vehicle- hate the service department

onIf it wasn’t for the love of my vehicle, I wouldn’t go back to this dealership or service center. For one specific issue, I have had to return my vehicle 6 times this year. Each time the solution did not work, or the parts were not in stock. This dealership/service department seems clueless and the capacity of which they turnover customers causes the experience to be that much worse.
