Kept the car all day, did nothing

onDropped the car off for a recall, oil change, and an AC check at 9 am, was promised it would be done no later than 4 pm. I checked in at 3, and they told me they would need to keep it overnight to check the ac. I told them to skip that, because I needed my car, and then they admitted they had done nothing at all the entire day They had just taken my appointment, made me go all day without a car, and done nothing but park it on their lot. There are other Jeep dealers, this one is clearly poorly run, no reason to use this service department unless you absolutely have to.
